Gustave Waldemar Forsberg photographs

Johannes Johansson missionary diary

Scope and Contents

Handwritten diary (262 pages) written in Swedish by Johannes Johansson while he was serving as a missionary in the Scandinavian Mission in Sweden. Details his travels and proselyting activity. Also includes transcriptions of letters he received while in Sweden. Dated May 1885 to April 1888.

Johan Söderholm journal

Scope and Contents Collection contains photocopies of the journal of Johan Söderholm and of the translation of the journal from Swedish to English. The journal covers the period from 1867 to 1895, with the majority of events mentioned occurring between 1867 and 1873. The translation was made in 1981 by his great-grandson Carl R. Sederholm.
